Development blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island among the images.
Also featured in this new document drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and includes a legend identifying distinct parts of the land.
In addition to this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.
More images made public as part of the continuing congressional process.
