The UK Prime Minister plans to press partner nations to supply Ukraine with further advanced missile systems to target Moscow's positions during talks in the UK capital on the upcoming Friday.

The prime minister will host President Zelensky alongside what's known as "group of committed partners", consisting of numerous of Kyiv's partners who have committed to grant Ukraine security guarantees once a ceasefire is brokered.

Zelensky has been pleading for weeks for additional long-range weapons from the West, a step that Russia has cautions would escalate the conflict.

Sir Keir will press delegates to ramp up the delivery of advanced missile technology following a productive operation on an industrial facility in the Bryansk region, the Russian Federation, using UK-provided Storm Shadow missiles.

"Furthermore, his brutal strikes on small children in a preschool recently make that abundantly clear," he added.

A pair of children were part of at least seven fatally wounded in a wave of enemy assaults on the country, which hit a nursery in the important metropolitan area Ukraine's second city.
